Nitrates and Nitrites (cured meats) and have been found to be carcinogenic.
Sulfites* (light-colored fruits and vegetables, cookies, crackers, and cereals) to prevent discoloration. *According to FDA, one in 100 people are ‘Sulfite sensitive’.

Soda Pop (Sugar Free) and Fast Foods contain:
Aspartame (NutraSweet and Equal) approved by FDA in 1993 for inclusion in all food stuffs with no restrictions. This ingredient changes to formaldehyde (used to preserve dead bodies) and methanol (a deadly neurotoxin).
Caffeine (added to soft drinks) used as a stimulant
Pre-packaged or Processed Foods contain:
Olestra (fake fat) approved by FDA over objections of dozens of leading scientists.
BHA & BHT (prevents oxidation and retards rancidity)
rBGH (Recombinant Growth Hormone) injected into cow’s milk and consumed by you.
Antibiotics are injected into chickens, eggs, beef, dairy, and pork–for mass food production. *Americans consume about 3 million pounds of antibiotics every year.
