We took our first breath within seconds of being born on this earth. It was our first body function as human beings to prove that we are alive. If you have ever watched an infant breathing, you will notice that they breathe from their stomach, and not their chest.

In our Western culture, we are taught to hold in our stomach, tuck in our buttocks, and push back our shoulders. What are the results? A stiffness or strain on the whole body which makes it very uncomfortable to even walk.
